DESCRIPTION:

Day 1 – Start your summer adventure with a stress-free home pick up to the airport as we fly to Winnipeg. A luxurious room awaits your arrival at The Inn At The Forks, a boutique hotel in Winnipeg’s city center - one of Canada's top tourist destinations!

​

 

Day 2 - This morning, we’ll check out of our hotel in Winnipeg and transfer to the airport for our flight to mystical Churchill. Upon arrival, check in at the Lazy Bear Lodge and embark on a Churchill Heritage Tour, exploring Cape Merry, the 'Polar Bear Jail' and other historic sites. (B, L, D)

Day 3 - Step aboard the Matonabee as we embark on the Hudson Bay Coastal Tour! This vessel is specifically designed for polar bear and whale viewing both above water and under water. Spend the entire day viewing Polar Bears and other arctic wildlife! (B, L, D)

Day 4 - Have you ever been up close and personal with beluga whales? Today you’ll get to check that off your bucket list on the Beluga Whale Boat Tour to see these mammals while on the zodiac. This zodiac, a smaller inflatable power boat, will get you right alongside these beautiful and majestic animals. Take off your sea legs and return back to land so you can enjoy a lovely and informative walking tour of the historic Prince of Wales Fort. (B, L, D)

 

Day 5 - Today, enjoy a free day for optional tours such as kayaking alongside the belugas or Beluga AquaGliding™. These added tours put you within touching distance of these animals to bring your experience to a whole new level! (B, L, D)

 

Day 6 - Check out from Lazy Bear Lodge and embark on a thrilling Summer Tundra Tour aboard the Arctic Crawler™, an all terrain safari vehicle, before our transfer to the airport for our flight back to Winnipeg. Afterward, transfer to the airport for your flight back to Winnipeg. Recuperate and relax at The Grand Hotel - our final night’s stay.

 

Day 7 - Today we head back to Chicago with a heart and mind full of memories from our once in a lifetime summer adventure with bears and belugas. (B)
